Please Note:

Each exhibitor must complete the ‘Health and Safety Declaration’ form provided below to confirm they have risk assessments in place for their stand and/or activities and that their staff are aware of the hazards to be expected on site.

The individuals with overall responsibility for the health and safety for the exhibit table must be identified on the declaration. These individuals are responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety Rules and Regulations are adhered to and that their staff work safely.

Exhibitors will be required to provide copies of their risk assessment and method statement to assist the organisers in fulfilling their own health and safety obligations upon request.

COVID-19 Declaration

Informa Tech requires that you read through and understand the following guidelines regarding COVID-19 and it’s AllSecure procedures:

Your staff have had no observation or presentation of any COVID-19 symptoms, within 7 days of travel to the event
Your staff remain up to date with COVID-19 related information from trusted sources such as WHO, national public health advice both at home and at the destination (Amsterdam)
If your staff fit within one of the higher or moderate categories that they will take the necessary precautions and guidance to protect themselves
Staff with serious underlying health concerns should consider postponing attendance or attend at their own risk
Your staff will follow local and/or national health advisories on face protection, hand and cough etiquette when travelling, accommodated and whilst at the event
Your staff will follow the onsite (event based) health and hygiene requirements at all times

If experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, your staff will follow the national requirements such as isolation/quarantine and avoid any physical interactions until confirmed that they do not have COVID-19.

Informa may be required to provide details of attendees at its events, using registration information held. Should there be a COVID-19 related incident or enquiry, Informa will use registration information to satisfy the local authorities. The following details may be used and submitted:
